Godrej & Boyce wins the only Grand Prix; other Gold winners include On Purpose (five), Adfactors PR (two), Media Mantra (two), Weber Shandwick (two), Genesis BCW, Kaizzen and Ketchum Sampark

Winners of the 2022 edition of the PR Awards were announced through an event in Mumbai on 18 October.
Godrej Industries won the client of the year, with a total of 13 wins. The metal tally included three Gold, nine Silver and a Bronze.
In the ‘Campaign’ category, Godrej Industries won Gold for its entry titled ‘Taking on the Menace of Illegal Mosquito Repellent Incense Sticks’ for Goodknight Jumbo Fast Card.
The other Gold wins were in the ‘People’ category. Sujit Patil won the ‘PR Professional of the Year (Corp Comm)’ and Godrej Industries won the ‘Team of the Year (Corp Comm)’.
MSL India was the ‘agency of the year’ with a total of 13 wins. The Gold wins were for Whisper’s ‘The Missing Chapter | #KeepGirlsInSchool’ and Amazon India’s ‘#DeliverThanks’. The agency also won seven Silver and four Bronze awards.
Godrej & Boyce bagged the only Grand Prix on the night. This was for the entry titled ‘Making Space for Wellness’ for Godrej Interio.
On Purpose won a total of five Gold awards. All of them were in the ‘People’ category.
Dhun Chhokar won the ‘PR Professional of the Year (Agency)’. Apurva Desai won ‘Young PR Professional of the Year (Agency)’. The agency also bagged the ‘Best Culture of the Year’, ‘Diversity & Inclusion Company of the Year’ and ‘Team of the Year (Agency)’.
Weber Shandwick won two Gold. The wins were for ‘Son Rise: Rallying men & boys to create a unified and bold force against gender-based violence’ for Vibha Bakshi, Vedanta Aluminium’s ‘Hard Hat Challenge’.
Media Mantra won two Gold. One was for Pure EV's (Crisis Management Pure EV) and the other was for Agency Head of The Year, which went to Udit Pathak. The agency also bagged a Silver and two Bronze.
Adfactors won a total of 10 awards. The tally consisted of two Gold and Silver, and six Bronze awards. The Gold wins were for Tata Power’s ‘Act For Mahseer – A 5-decade-old biodiversity initiative’ and ABP Network’s ‘#ABPIdeasofIndia’.
